|L to R: Human Nature, Fairydust, Bad Blood, New Flesh, and Strange Love|
First up is Human Nature, a great taupe nude which was one of my favorites in the collection. I'm a sucker for nudes, and this was no exception. I used 3 coats for the photo below, but you could probably get away with using 2 thick coats.
Next up is Fairydust, which I was unsure about in the bottle, but I absolutely loved it once it was on. It's a sheer white base that is very buildable, with an iridescent shimmer to it that looks orange, red, and peach, depending on the lighting. This one was another of my favorites. I used 3 coats for the photo below, as well as one coat over Human Nature on my ring finger.
Bad Blood is the polish I was lusting over when I saw the promo for this set, but I was fairly disappointed with it. I was expecting a vampy cherry color, but Bad Blood is actually a very sheer almost plum purple jelly. I used 4 coats for the photos below, and as you can see I still have a bit of visible nail line. I also paired it over a couple coats of Orly Naughty on my middle finger, which I liked much better than the polish on its own. I'm not sure why that combo looks so patchy in the photo, since it had a consistant color in reality. The combo comes out a lot closer to the bottle color. From the swatches I've seen of Let It Bleed, that seems to be the true vampy red in the collection.
Finally, Strange Love is a magenta pink with a faint shimmer of the same color. Unfortunately, the shimmer essentially disappears on the nail. Of the mini trio collection, this one was my favorite, and I would probably buy it in a full size were it ever released. I used 3 coats for the photo below.
Overall, my picks are Human Nature, Fairydust, and Strange Love. Like I said, they can be purchased currently on HSN's website, but they will be released to Deborah Lippmann's website and department stores later on.
